Every newly adopted child in Louisiana receives:

Adoptive parents receive a bag of adoption resources and information. The bag is meant to be kept. The blanket and the bear are meant to be held close.

Most children in foster care carry their belongings in whatever is handed to them. This book bag is yours, made for you, with your name on it.
